University of Miami Health System — Sports Medicine Microsite

This project pushed my web design skills to new limits. The client — University of Miami — has a very prestigious and well-known Sports Medicine Program in the Miami area. As such, they wanted our team to develop a microsite to match the look and feel of their existing creative already in market.

Along the way there were a lot of challenges we had to overcome, both from a design and HTML standpoint. We had to make sure any imagery was full-view, not being cut off at any screen size. Any white space needed to have consistent padding around it and all block elements needed to be vertically aligned. We also had to create a link in the menu of each page that would flip to a Spanish translation of the page as needed for that audience.

Overall the client was very happy with how our team executed the design and development of this microsite, and it was a good exercise for us to learn new ways that we can apply design treatments to our Drupal web design framework.
